Hello, Victor and Michelle Fansler, creative computer techies here.

Back in 1997, after our second child was born, Victor was in the Navy having completed three tours in the Persian Gulf and was taking classes to transition into computers (IT) by achieving his MCSE certification.   Michelle was looking for a way to stay home with our children and realized the tremendous growth occurring on the internet. 

Michelle began to take online classes on web design and fell in love with the creativity possible. In 2000 we partnered with a parent from our older son's school that specialized in marketing.  He brought in an average of one customer per month and we did the work behind the scenes.  The variety of customers ranged from a dentist, embroidery company to t-shirt sales and more.

Victor and Michelle eventually moved to North Idaho in 2004 where Victor is working as an IT manager. Michelle worked for the Coeur d'Alene Visitor Bureau as a marketing assistant which mainly involved maintaining the website and utilizing her business degree.  She eventually came back home to care for our children.  Word of mouth led to the other sites you see on the portfolio page here.

We make a great team because Victor provides the technical support and Michelle does the creative design.  We don't know everything about website design but love it and continue to learn new skills. 

Our style is clean, neat, and easily readable. Our understanding of keywords (meta tags) in html coding behind the scenes helps sites be found by search engines.  We also have access to two PHP programmers for any database or more difficult programming questions.

If you want something that we're not completely knowledgeable about we will research it and get help to get it done if we can.  If we can't, we'll be up front and let you know that. 

The "pitch" is simple: If we can do what you want, we'll do it for cheaper than most.
